Ensure apparel is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached before sealing it in a secure shipping mailer.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
